Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security concerns
- Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to oversee activity within the facility
- Control access points by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, including medical incidents or conflicts
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access
- Assist in conflict management and de-escalation of tense situations with professionalism
- Document incidents thoroughly and report any irregularities to supervisory staff
- Support loss prevention efforts through vigilant observation and proactive engagement
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred
- Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and conflict management techniques
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
