Responsibilities
- Monitor facility and entire resort, security cameras and surveillance systems to observe activity and identify potential issues.
- Control access to the premises by verifying identities of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activity, escalating concerns to law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes.
- Assist in conflict management by calmly resolving disputes or disturbances on-site.
- Support loss prevention efforts through vigilant observation and intervention when needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred but not required. CLEET certification preferred.
- Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and alarm protocols.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable to effectively respond to medical emergencies.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with security procedures, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent observational skills combined with clear communication abilities.
