Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Security/Bouncer to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and controlled environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, observant, and capable of handling difficult situations with confidence and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

Check IDs and enforce age restrictions at entry
Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances professionally
Enforce house rules and policies consistently
Coordinate with management and staff regarding any incidents
Maintain a visible presence to deter issues
Assist with closing procedures and clearing the venue when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in security, bar/nightlife, or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure
Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling confrontations if necessary
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance
Knowledge of local alcohol laws and ID verification is a plus
Security license (if required by state/local law) preferred or willingness to obtain
