Duties
- Monitor premises mainly the pool/park
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, and common areas, to deter theft and vandalism
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with directions or information while maintaining security protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Certification in first aid and CPR to effectively respond to medical emergencies
- Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and conflict management techniques
- Strong understanding of security procedures including loss prevention strategies and emergency response protocols
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts or difficult situations effectively
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for conducting inspections and surveillance checks
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required
