Job Description:
We are seeking professional and dependable Security Officers for 8 hour shifts at a major movie studio. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe environment by monitoring studio property, protecting assets, and enforcing security procedures. Both day and night shifts are available.
Employment Type:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the movie studio lot, buildings, and surrounding property.
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the facility.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security equipment.
- Control access by verifying credentials of personnel and visitors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and requests for assistance.
- Complete detailed daily activity logs and shift reports.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity.
- Communicate with studio personnel, contractors, and emergency responders.
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts
- Day and night shifts available
- Do not offer overtime due to 1099 contract
Qualifications:
- Valid Guard Card required.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain alert and professional throughout long shifts.
- Previous security experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
