Event Staff / Security Guard – BSIS Card Required (Unarmed, Event Security)

Job Description:
Guardians of LA is a licensed California Private Patrol Operator providing event staffing and security across the LA area — carnivals, festivals, nightlife, and community events. We’re building our roster for an upcoming multi-day event and hiring unarmed event staff/security guards.
This is event-based work, not a standing weekly schedule — shifts run 8 hours each, and you can pick up as many as fit your availability (up to 4 shifts across the event window). Same-week payout, no waiting two weeks to get paid.
Requirements:
- Active BSIS Guard Card (required — applications without a current card will not be considered)
- Reliable transportation to event sites
- Professional appearance and demeanor; comfortable with gate screening, bag checks, and crowd interaction
- Available for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
What we offer:
- $21.00/hour, paid the same week you work
- Flexible, event-based scheduling — pick up 1 to 4 shifts depending on availability
- Growth into supervisor roles for experienced guards
