Security Guard – Restaurant
Part-Time / Full-Time Available
Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Duties include monitoring entrances and exits, checking identification when required, managing crowds, addressing disruptive behavior, de-escalating conflicts, and responding to safety or security incidents. The security guard should remain professional, alert, and courteous while following restaurant policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong physical security skills.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties, manual handling tasks, and maintain alertness over long shifts.
- Excellent communication skills for incident report writing and interacting professionally with the public.
- Adherence to security regulations and compliance standards governing private security operations.
