Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Chang Fu Restaurant in Indianapolis. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our restaurant, staff, and patrons while maintaining a friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the restaurant to ensure safety and security.
- Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate situations as they arise.
- Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities within the restaurant.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when required for safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a security guard or similar role is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
- Strong surveillance skills with experience using CCTV systems.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
