Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and observant Security Guard to support the safety and guest experience at our McDonald’s restaurants in Newark and Elizabeth, NJ. This role is key to maintaining a secure environment for both our team and our customers.

Pay Rate:

? Starting at $19/hr

Schedule:

? Part-Time Only

Evening Shifts: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight Shifts: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week
Must be able to travel between Newark and Elizabeth locations

Requirements:

✔️ Valid SORA license (required)

✔️ Must be able to identify and de-escalate conflicts professionally

✔️ Strong people skills and communication

✔️ High situational awareness and alertness

✔️ Dependable transportation to work at multiple store locations

Responsibilities:

Monitor restaurant areas and entrances during peak and late hours
Provide a visible and calming presence for guests and employees
Observe and respond to disruptive behavior
Work alongside management to ensure all safety procedures are followed
Document and report any incidents clearly and accurately
