Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, as well as the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Duties
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
- Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over
- Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure while handling various situations effectively. Join us in maintaining a safe environment where everyone can feel secure!
