Summary
We are currently seeking a Security Guard to join our team at Statewide Protective Agency. This position is essential in maintaining safety and security across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring premises, managing conflicts, and ensuring the well-being of clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action.
- Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate situations.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV is beneficial.
- Must be able to pass a BCA/FBI background check.
- Work Schedule- Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm, Monday 10:00am-5:00pm, Thursday 10:00am-5:00pm, Friday 10:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-5:30pm
