Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, observing activity and reporting any suspicious behavior.
- Monitor facilities, entry points, and security systems to maintain a safe environment.
- Respond to incidents with professionalism, using calm judgment to deter or de-escalate situations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily reports and incident records.
- Enforce property policies while providing exceptional customer service to employees and visitors
Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
- Valid Florida Driver License (required)
- Have reliable personal transportation (required)
- Be available to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish language skills are a plus
