Sunstates Security is hiring experienced Part-Time Security Officers for a
weekend assignment at an upscale HOA community in
Boca Raton, FL.
We are seeking professional, reliable candidates who can provide exceptional customer service in a gatehouse and patrol setting.
Position Details
- Schedule: Weekend assignment (2nd & 3rd shifts)
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
- Weekly pay

Requirements
- Current and active Florida Class D Security License (required)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Gatehouse and/or patrol experience preferred
- Experience with ABDI and Silvertrace is a plus
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Foot patrols of the property
- Traffic control
- Gatehouse access control
- Monitoring and assisting with special event parking
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
