Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Overnight Security Guard for a private building in a quiet, low-traffic environment. This is a straightforward position ideal for someone who is attentive, punctual, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure the premises during overnight hours
- Perform routine walkthroughs of the building
- Ensure all entrances and exits remain secure
- Report any unusual activity or incidents
- Follow established procedures and directives
Requirements:
- Valid NYS Security License
- Minimum 1 year of security experience required (2 years preferred)
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Punctual and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Good observation and communication skills
