Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying credentials and managing entry points for visitors, staff, and contractors
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate issues
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Familiarity with security procedures, access control systems, and basic emergency response protocols
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts and handle stressful situations effectively
