Sunstates Security is seeking reliable and professional
Flex Security Officers for positions in the Weston area. Flex Officers must be adaptable, dependable, and able to work a variety of shifts based on operational needs.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (weekly pay)
Schedule Requirements
Flex Officers must have open availability and be able to work any assigned shift, including:
- Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Saturday & Monday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Additional shifts as required
- On-call availability is mandatory for short-notice coverage
Job Responsibilities – Flex Officer
- Work at multiple posts and adapt quickly to different site procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with residents, guests, and staff
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling platforms, incident reporting tools)
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Remain reliable, punctual, and prepared for short-notice or on-call assignments
- Support site operations as needed, including filling shifts, covering callouts, or assisting with special assignments
Requirements
- Active Florida Class D Security License
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work all required shifts

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
