Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Property Management Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who is observant, detail-oriented, and capable of responding effectively to various security situations.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities and deter criminal behavior.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations as necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
