Blackout Investigations and Security Services Inc is now hiring motivated professional security officers to work in Southern Maryland/St Mary's County.
*Requirement: MUST HAVE A MARYLAND SECURITY LICENSE. Must own a smart phone. CPR/AED/FIRST AID-A MUST. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
Responsibilities
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbance
Skills
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Trained security officer with diploma
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- One-year experience
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, and Weekends
