MUST HAVE ALL SECURITY LICENSING AND EQUIPMENT.

CLEAN DRIVING REVORD FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS.

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. This role involves monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and maintaining a secure environment through proactive observation and incident response. The ideal candidate will possess strong observation skills, excellent conflict management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards in a respectful manner.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the premises.
Control access points by verifying credentials and managing visitor check-ins.
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations, using first aid or CPR if necessary.
Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Document incidents accurately in reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious activity and deterring theft or vandalism.
Maintain a visible presence to deter misconduct and promote a safe environment for all occupants.

Qualifications

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
Certifications in first aid, CPR, or conflict management are highly desirable.
Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV is advantageous.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety standards at all times.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
